System Overview

The system provides heavy-duty, synchronized handling and scratch-free buffer holding for both front and rear bumpers across an extensive vehicle lineup including the Kia Seltos, Kia Sonet, Kia Carnival, Hyundai Venue, and Hyundai Verna.

The conveyor line incorporates custom-contoured, non-marring polyurethane nest fixtures engineered specifically to match the complex curvatures of each bumper model. Equipped with variable frequency motorized roller and chain drives, automated pallet indexing stops, and optical presence interlocks, the system ensures flawless part buffering and continuous feed into downstream punching, hole drilling, and assembly stations.
