The SU2i Back Panel Vision Inspection machine is an advanced industrial Inspection System engineered by SSE Automation for Seoyon E HWA. Tailored to high-volume automotive component manufacturing, this machine automates the rapid optical verification of automotive back panel assemblies, performing a thorough 30 parts presence and colour inspection in 30 seconds.
The machine features high-resolution industrial smart vision cameras coupled with synchronized diffuse LED illumination to eliminate glare, shadowing, and ambient optical noise. In a single automated 30-second cycle, the system accurately detects 30 critical assembly parameters—including fastener insertion, component seating, bracket alignment, and multi-color part verification.
This system comes under our Inspection Systems portfolio and incorporates rigid profile fixturing, dual-hand safety actuation, instant visual Pass/Fail overlay on an industrial touchscreen HMI, and automated NG part lockout protocols.
